How do I word wedding invitation when parents are divorced

Both bride and groom's parents are hosting the wedding, but bride's parents are divorced, and bride's mother re-married and divorced again! Which way should I list them?

Asking the blessing of God

Mr. Bride's father and Ms. Bride's Mother

and

Mr. and Mrs. Groom's Parents

request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their children

Mary Jane Smith

and

Jonathan Micahel Johnson

OR

Asking the blessing of God

Mother of the bride

Father of the bride

Mr. and Mrs. Groom's Parents

request the honour of your presence, etc.

My etiquette book did not provide for a situation where this occurred, but it did state that when parents are divorced the mother of the bride is first. Well, my mother and I don't get along well but I do want to include her on the invitation. What to do? Which way is proper etiquette (if any of those!)

Thanks for your help!

Dear Catti,

Your mother's name is mentioned first and on a separate line.

Best wishes,

Thank you for your response. Do I put commas and the word "and" between the parents, or is that incorrect?

The bride's parents do not have an 'and' in between their names, but there is one between the father's name and the groom's parents.

There is no comma.
