How to Address Wedding Invitations to Minor Children

How do you address wedding invitations to minor children (ages 5 and 8)? Are the boys "Master" or "Mr."? Could you please give examples for addressing both the outer and inner envelopes:

Mr. and Mrs. John Smith (and children: Peter Smith and Jacob Smith).

Invitations going out very soon and we're nervous about this. Thank you very much.

Please use the search as this question has been answered before. I used the word master to search this forum and came up with several answered posts.

Thank you.
