How do I address a wedding invitation to an engaged couple who are living together? Whose name comes first? Thanks

The woman's name comes first.

Outer envelope:

Miss Jane Jones

Mr. John Smith

Inner Envelope:

Miss Jones and Mr. Smith

or

Jane Doe and John Smith (if they are close friends or family members)
