How to address wedding invitations to parents of bride and groom

I was just wondering what is the proper way to address invitations to my parents and my fiance's parents. On the outer envelope I have "Mr. & Mrs. David Lastname" with the address, but I'm not sure what I write on the inner envelope.

Dear Amcs,

You can use familiar names, such as Mom and Dad on inner envelopes. It is your choice.

Best wishes,
