Hpw to let wedding guests know that ceremony site changed

When I sent out the wedding invitations it was going to be a small wedding, around 50 to 60 people. Now it has turned into a rather large event with 135 guests. The church cannot accommodate that many guests. It is just a small local church. So, we need a bigger church on the other side of town. Luckily the reception hall we chose is quite large and that doesn't have to change! How should I let guests know that the ceremony site changed? My wedding is in 39 days!Unsure

Dear Nillamunkee,

You would need to send notes to each guest to inform them of the change as soon as possible. You may have to call to confirm that each guest received their note due to the late date.

Best wishes,

How should I word the note? I am not sure how to say it without it sounding like "oops... I made a mistake!" I am not sure how to make it eloquent enough. Your help is greatly appreciated!

There is no form letter or template. So, just say this in your own words. It doesn't have to be very detailed or eloquent. Just state that the location of the wedding has changed and will now take place at XXX.
