Has anyone used REXCRAFT? I have an order with them and have not been able to reach them by phone or e-mail today. Hope they are having phone line difficulty, BUT this MOB needs to be reassured.
We, as wedding professionals, cannot comment on the service however I did do a search for Rexcraft and the title I found through Google suggested the site was down for maintenance. I went to the site and it seems like it was up and running. They have a live chat, telephone and email. I assume you have tried all of those options?
