     Invitation wording-bride doctor, groom officer

How do we word our invitations when the bride is a doctor and the groom is a naval commander? How should we be addressed in the future?

Dear Drstephj,

She would be listed as Dr. He would be listed as: Commander Groom--next line--United States Navy. You would be addressed as Commander His name and Doctor Yours. You could always opt for dropping your titles in social situations.

Best wishes,
