Inviting a friend to bring a personal helper

One of my very dear friends has cerebral palsy, I want to make it clear to her that she may bring her helper to the wedding. However because I have not seen her in few months I do not know her current helper's name. How would I indicate this on the invitation or would I be better to call her if she RSVP's yes and tell her then that her helper is welcome as well?
Thank you!

It would be better if you could call the friend now and find out the name of her helper.
