Inviting an entire family; some have boyfriends, others dont....

Hello,

I am inviting the family I used to babysit for years... The mother, and her three daughters (all living at seperate addresses). They are all grown up now and two of the daughters are living with their boyfriends. The mother has a guy she has been dating for some time, but does not live with, and the third daughter is not serious with anyone. How should I address these invitations, and should all of the family be allowed to bring a guest? Or none at all?

Thanks,

ES

Dear ES -

You should invite any significant others, keyword being significant. You don't need to invite them with a guest if they are not seeing someone seriously or in a committed relationship. But, if you have the space it is nice to do so.

Each of these ladies should receive their own invitation to their own address.

Hope this helps...
