Letting guests know about lodging options in the wedding invitation

We will be having an outdoor ceremony & reception BOTH at my Father's house on 40 beautiful acres. This is a semi-formal event. However most of the guests will be driving 3 hours. It is a fairly small & spread out town. When talking to a couple people about the drive & lodging options a couple of them said that people could just put up tents. While this appeals to us & given the fact that about 80% of the guests love to camp and as far as the friends invited I'd say 99% of them would love to this and I know anyone who does not want to partake can stay at one of the nearby hotels. How do we address this? With the invitation? Like I said most of the guests will be traveling so do we insert a lodging card that also states they can camp out if that is their choice? And when do they set up their tents? Before the ceremony? Between the ceremony & reception when we are having pictures taken? or should I just let them decide?

I know this is not very traditional, but it is unique & a pleasing option for many.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
