Listing Deceased MOG on Wedding Invitation Along with Stepmom

My son is getting married. His mother passed away a couple years ago and I have since remarried. How do you word the invitation that recognizes his step mother but also lists and honors his bio mother?

Dear Mksrc,

The couple chooses whether to list the stepmother on the invitation unless you are hosting the wedding. Then they should, but they still have the last say. If they choose to list her, she would be listed just as any other wife/mother: Mr. and Mrs. John Brown. Under your son's name it would read: also the son of the late Mrs. Alice Brown.

But, all of this is the couple's choice.

Best wishes,
