Married in Civil Ceremony Now Having Church Wedding

My fiance and I are getting married in a civil ceremony in a couple of weeks and are having a church wedding in June. On the invitations to the wedding in June, should I list my married name or my maiden name? It seems strange to me to have my married name on the wedding invitation.

Dear Married in Civil Ceremony,

You would list your married name because this is a reaffirmation of your wedding vows--a reaffirmation ceremony. The invitation is very similar: The honour of your presence is requested at the reaffirmation of the wedding vows of Mr. and Mrs. Your name...

Best wishes,
