I am the bride and my fiance and I are paying for the wedding. I will be keeping track of the invitation replies. Do I use just my just and last name or, since the invitation is formal, do I use Ms. or Miss for the return address?

It is best to use a title with your last name. Miss and Ms are equally appropriate.
