I am having my ceremony and reception at the same location. I understand I can put "Reception immediately following" or "Reception to follow ceremony". Which is more proper and what is the proper placemement? Centered or a left/right justified footnote?

Thank you!

Dear Dananorris,

And afterward at the reception is the most common, but either of your suggestions would be fine as well. Please read more about proper wedding invitation etiquette. You will find examples there.

Best wishes,
