     Out of town guests

I have alot of family from out of town, I was wondering if it was proper etiquette to somehow address the invitations to the parents of the families and include some sort of note saying that their family members (children) are welcome to join us if they would like. If so, how would I word this? Please help!

Dear Out of town guests,

You may address the invitation to 'and family'. But, this applies to those living at their address. It is best to send separate invitations to those living in their own homes. Also, all those over 18 receive their own invitations.

Sending invitations can be a lot of work, especially in trying to find all of the addresses.

Best wishes,
