Pastor or Dr. when addressing a wedding invitation

If a guest is a Baptist minister with a doctorate in ministry, do you address the invitation as Pastor or Dr.?

Dear BlondMOB,
Typically we would address him as he prefers to be addressed. But, Dr. is best.
