     Personal Invitations...?

Hello all,

My Fiancee and I have recently thought of making our own Wedding Invitations, handwriting them, I mean. We thought of this becuase it had a personal and homey touch to it, as will our wedding (100 guests in a restaurant wedding). Will this give off the wrong impression and just look tacky? Please help.

Dear Personal Invitations,

Many view handwritten invitations as more personal and quaint. However, these are typically used in small weddings with very few guests--just a few friends and family. So, it is your choice.

Sincerely,
