     Proper Wedding Invitation Wording

Hi, my fiance and I are getting married in a few months, and it is time to order the invitations. My parents (brides parents) are sponsoring the wedding (and will be included on the top of the invitation), however, I would like to include my fiances parents on the invitation as well. His mom has remarried, and his father has not. I would like to include both his mom and dad and his step father on the invitation. What would be the proper wedding invitation wording of the invitation? Thoughts?

Thank you for your help.

Dear Invitation Wording,

How nice of you! This is such a small gesture, but it means so much. Here is an example of what I think may work.

Best wishes,

Mr. and Mrs. Happy Parents
request the honour of your presence
at the marriage of their daughter
You
to
Him
son of his mother and his father (you don't need to mention her husband)
also step son of ...
etc.
