Proper wording for the Hotel that has reserved a block of rooms

Is there a proper wording for a card to be inserted into the invitation for the Hotel that has blocked off rooms for wedding guest. Should the price of the room be put on it and a date they must book by.

Dear NancyD,

There really isn't a standard. But, you would just include the name of the hotel and number. You wouldn't mention the cost, but you could mention that they could request one of these rooms by such and such date.

Best wishes,
