Questions about who should and shouldn't get invitations

I am posting an invitation at work and asking people to RSVP from it. The problem is, many in my wedding party are co-workers. Should I send them individual invitations?

Also, should I be sending invitations to my brothers who live far away if they're going to be in the wedding?

Every guest you want to invite to the wedding (including those in the bridal party) should be sent their own invitation.
