     Return Address for Wedding Invitations

I am preparing return address labels for wedding invitations, do you always use the bride's parents address or can you use the groom's parents address on the invitations they will be sending out themselves? Also the groom's parents are divorced and I am not sure how to put the name on the label or can I just use their address with no name?

Dear Capturingsmiles,

We never use labels for wedding invitations--ever.

These days the invitations are sent by the couple, not by the parents. If the couple wishes for someone else to keep track of the RSVPs for them, then that person or his address would be listed on the envelope. And yes, only the address may be listed.

Best wishes,

Is the wedding etiquette to write out the return address?

Yes, it is. But, if you have a font on your computer/printer that appears to be handwriting, you can print them. It is a bit time consuming, but it looks good.
