Send invitation wedding party members & minister?

Should I mail invitations to the following people?

Best Man & Groomsman - Maid of honor & brides maid - Parents of bride & groom - Minister - Organ player & piano player who are fellow church members, performing at no charge)

All guests receive invitations. If you the musicians are also being invited to the ceremony and reception then they would receive an invitation. If they are just performing a service then no invitation is needed.
