Sending wedding invitations to engaged couples living in separate states

I have two nephews who are both engaged and who both live in different states than their fiance's. Do I send each nephew a separate invitation and each fiance a separate invitation?

Dear Wewed,

No, just send each nephew an invitation with the fiancee's name on the inner envelope. If you don't have one, you can write 'and guest' on the outer, but it isn't the best. The better way is to include a little note stating that the fiancee is invited as well. It is also best to use her name.

Best wishes,
