     Shuttle Bus and Parking

My fiance and I are getting married at my parents cottage this summer. Both the ceremony and reception are being held at the cottage.

We are inviting approximately 160 guests. We have booked/reserved two hotels for them to choose from if they wish to stay over.

We have a few things that need to be addressed in the invitations.

For those staying in a hotel:

1. The hotel information - and directions to it.

2. The fact that there will be a shuttle bus to bring them from the hotel to the cottage. And also, a shuttle bus service later in the evening running from 10:30 - 1am every half hour bringing them from the cottage back to the hotel.

For those driving:

1. Directions to the cottage.

2. Instructions as to where to park. They will be parking down the road and will have a shuttle bus of sorts to pick them up and drive them the 1km to the cottage.

We are hoping to get an idea of how many people will be driving and how many people will be shuttling from the hotel so that we can make arrangements accordingly.

How do we word all of this information in the invitation? We aren't sure who will be driving and who will be staying at a hotel, so it will all have to be included.

Thanks :)
