Use of abbreviation on wedding invitations to Puerto Rico

How do I word invitations we are sending to Puerto Rico to include abbreviations?

Is it appropriate to abbreviate Urbinization as URB or must it be written out as Urbinization?

What is the appropriate way to write out #5 Esq. Hostas? Should it be on a separate line?

I understand as the addresses are difficult to decipher. I was able to find some help on the USPS site. It may be best to keep the abbreviations as they were given to me, so they will arrive to the invited guests.

I completely agree. With all things concerning the Postal service, it is best to write it the way they want it.
