     Wedding card wording

Hi

I've been invited to attend the wedding of a colleague and I intend sending a wedding card, along with a gift.

Because this is for a colleague, and not someone I know intimately or closely, I'd like to strike an appropriate balance in the wording of the card. Do you have any tips or Do's and Don't.

Many thanks

Mikie

Dear Mikie,

There really is only the one suggestion: keep it generic and not personal. Leave out the 'love you' or anything that could be interpreted as too personal.

Perhaps just signing your card with: "Happiness and joy forever!" would be just fine. Something along those lines would be appropriate.

Best wishes,
