Widowed future mother-in-law and invitation wording

I would like to include both my parents and the groom's mother on our wedding invitation. My future mother-in-law has been widowed for about 15 years. She has never remarried but has been dating a man for a year. How do I word the invitation? Do I use Mrs. or Ms.? Do I use her late husband's name?

Dear Widowed...,

Traditionally, you would use the Mrs. late husband's name. However, because she has been widowed for so long and is currently dating (and because so many women prefer it), you definitely could use Ms. It would be best to ask her what she prefers. Either is fine.

Congratulations on your up-coming wedding.
