aunt invited to out of town wedding but not her adult children
My niece is having a back yard wedding and inviting around 150 people. I was invited to this out of town wedding but my two sons (36 years old and 28 years old) and their spouses were not. The boys are my nieces only cousins. The whole family has always been invited to my sisters other family weddings. I almost feel like I am betraying my sons by going. Am I right or wrong to have these feelings?

Well, these are your feelings and you are entitled to them. But, many times, especially with a backyard wedding as you described, the guest list has to be limited and cut somewhere.
I'm sure this is not a slight against your sons. If you love your niece, attend the wedding and enjoy seeing her get married. Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".

Dear Mongoose,
I completely agree. It is very common not to invite cousins. The couple usually has to limit the guest list somehow. This is not a slight and really not something for which she should be judged harshly.
