my fiancee and I are getting ready to send our invites, but we are running into one problem: How should the rsvp address made out? We don't know if it should just be the address, and no names or both names, just his, just mine. And then is it a formal "Ms. R Smith" or "Mr. Jonathon Smith" when he goes by Jon? We could also just use his or my last name. Or is it Rachel Smith and Jon Doe? Please help!
