Song to sing at my brother's wedding

Crazy As a surprise for my brother and future sister-in-law I have decided to sing a them a song at their wedding. The only songs I can think of are not appropriate. I need a song about 'their' love not 'my' love. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Dear Willow,

I can't offer song selections, but I must chime in. It may not be the best idea to 'surprise' them with anything, especially a song during the wedding and reception. This is something they plan and may not appreciate an element included that they didn't discuss.

Best wishes,

This is a tough one. One option might be to listen to some love songs you already like and see if it would make sense changing the 'I's' and 'me's' to 'you' in second or even third person, since you will be singing live. The two songs that are already written that way that we are aware of are, 'Love is a Many Spendored Thing', and 'They Say That Falling in Love is Wonderful', both of which you might not know since they are older songs.

I have to agree with Rebecca, surprise elements such as this are not always welcome. The bride and groom have spent months planning things just the way they want it. If you want to offer this to them, that is another thing, but don't be surprised if they tell you they have everything planned the way they want it.
