I'm in a dilemma. My stepfather is walking me down the aisle because I'm closer with him than my real father. I don't want to leave my real father completely out. Is it ok to dance with my stepfather and then have my real father "cut in" and dance with me the 2nd part of the song? I picked Josh Groban- You Raise Me Up. Any other ideas? Thanks so much.

Dear Emartin,

Yes, it is fine to do this. I'm not sure about the song though--definitely not my area.

Best wishes,
