     wedding march vs. new song

I absolutely love the song by Dixie Chicks called Lullaby. Its a love song, very soft and slow. Would it be inappropriate to play a song like that while I walk towards the altar? Tongue

It seems like a sweet song, judging by the lyrics, although I admit I've never actually heard the music. Just note that currently, these ladies seem to cause a bit of a stir politically and this may not be the atmosphere you'd like to create for your wedding.

But, as a song, I don't see any problem with it.

I agree. You can choose any song you wish.

If you love something and its soft and slow, it certainly would be appropriate. The Dixie Chick's Lullaby is just that. Its soft, so it shouldn't take away form your special entrance. We think its a lovely choice.
