Do the groom's parents go to the bride's house to take pictures before going to church?

No. Actually, typically the pictures before the wedding at the bride's home are of the bride and bridesmaids getting ready...sometimes some special moments with the bride's parents are captured as well.

No. The groom's parents usually proceed directly to the church. A photo schedule is generally worked out with the photographer and may include pre-ceremony photographs at the ceremony site of the groom and his family if time permits.
