Our photographer is covering the whole of our wedding from prep to first dance. We are having a buffet reception at a hotel. What happens about feeding her?! Do we have to count her as extra guest, or make separate arrangements with the hotel? I feel a bit of a scrooge asking her directly

If the meal requirement is not specified in the contract, you would request a vendor meal for her....she will be able to take a break from the shooting long enough to eat that.
