Hi,
If you're talking about disposable cameras for the attendants, this is a fun gift for not only them, but for all the guest that will be sitting at the tables for your reception. Many couples will place at least 1 disposable camera on each guest table. They then have their MC, or DJ announce that the guests are invited to take turns taking snap shots for the bride and groom of anything they want.
As far as a special gift for your attendants, I think they'd appreciate a more personal gift, such as a charm bracelet, necklace, etc. Of course if you're referring to a nicer camera as a gift that is unique as an attendant gift and I'm sure it would be appreciated.
Good luck!

Kristen,
No bride every complains about having TOO MANY good photos of her wedding day! Giving the camera's to your attendants is a wonderful idea simply because they are typically more active cast members of your wedding day story. I would never suggest that a bride should do so as a form of replacing a professional wedding photographer. But as a complementary element, it's both inexpensive, fun and might generate some unique images you will cherish for years to come.
