Depending on how many hours and what you want, prices can range from $1,500 to several thousand. Be sure to ask the videographer what is exactly included in the price, how many cameras they use, how much editing work is involved, can you request special titling, sound, etc.

Some churches do not allow the videographer to be "close by" during the actual ceremony, so you will need to check with your videographer as to what type of equipment they use and will they be able to easily capture "the moment" from a distance and what about sound quality. Ask so see samples of their work.

I would say that the market or city that you are in would also affect your price considerably. Here in Las Vegas, you can get a single camera, ceremony only, raw footage only (no editing) for as low as $395 and with multiple broadcast quality cameras with editing, DVD authoring, duplication, montage, the works for as low as $1500 and as the previous poster mentioned these would be low end costs and can range up to several thousands. Its up to you to determine what you are looking for, and then start asking for demo reels and package pricing from prospective video production companies in your area. Hope this helps!
