My wedding will be in December and we have rented a victorain style ballroom that will be big enough to have the ceremony and the reception in the same room. How would I set up and decorate? Could I use tables instead of chairs?

You can use the tables that the guests would sit at during the following reception and just make a central altar scene and a center aisle for the bridal party to enter. You can use an arbor and whatever decorations you wish to designate the ceremony area and the tables should be decorated to compliment the theme.
