How do I honor my friends?

I've lived in a few places and have many close girlfriends, i'd saw about 6 or 7 and close guys friends as well as neices and nephews I have to put walk in my wedding. We are talking about a court of 15plus people! I don't want a big production...How can I honor my special close girlfriends on my wedding day, without having them walk?

Dear Honoring Friends,

The only thing I can think of is that if your groom doesn't have many groomsmen, your friends could take on some of the duties of the ushers. Just a thought.

Congratulations!

They could hand out programs, be in charge of the seating cards and guest book. If you are doing a "toss" they could hand out the wedding rice or whatever else you might want to have your guests toss.
