     Informal Beach Wedding Decorations

I am getting married on the beach. I keep reading that rose/flower petals are a good way to decorate, but I can not picture how this will look.

I have tried to find images show this but anytime I find some they are really formal weddings.

Any other ideas on how we could decorate the beach for our wedding?

Rose petals certainly do not make a formal setting. If you location is tropical use petals native to the area. Keep in mind that on the beach there is normally a breeze which could blow the petals into areas where you don't want them. Think about shells instead.
