Not having a best man and maid of honor

Is it possible to have a wedding ceremony without any attendants? What are the ramifications? Is it legal in terms of witnesses?

Yes, you'll just need two witnesses to sign the marriage certificate. Ask the officiant, pastor, JP or whomever is marrying you for help.
