Should I have place cards at the rehearsal dinner? If so, how do I go about choosing who should be at what table?

No. Generally, the rehearsal dinner is a very relaxed, casual time which includes mainly the wedding party and spouses/significant others. Therefore, there is no need for place cards. Rhonda Allen, Bridal Consultant New Beginnings Weddings

Should the minister and his wife be invited to the rehearsal dinner even though he will be paid?
