Place cards for the rehearsal dinner

Should I have place cards at the rehearsal dinner? If so, how do I go about choosing who should be at what table?

No. Generally, the rehearsal dinner is a very relaxed, casual time which includes mainly the wedding party and spouses/significant others. Therefore, there is no need for place cards.

Should the minister and his wife be invited to the rehearsal dinner even though he will be paid?
