My wedding date is 9/1/07, and has been scheduled for approximately one year. I just found out yesterday that my sister-in-law is pregnant and is due on 8/30/07. She will be having a scheduled c-section a few days before her due date. This will be her second child.
We picked our date because it will be our 4 year anniversary and it has special meaning. Do we need to reschedule the wedding because of her due date?

I don't see why you would have to change your wedding date. You will have 2 events to celebrate. Now if she is a matron of honor or a major attendant in the wedding she would have to relinquish the position most likely. Thank you so much for answering my post Nancy. I just wasn't sure if I was obligated to move the wedding.

I agree complete. This is just more to celebrate. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now
