I really need help everyone. I have already sent out my invitations like a month and a half ago .. I'm getting married in december. I just now found out that I can't get married in the church as stated in the invitation. we are now getting married by a JP. I NEED HELP. i don't know how to word a letter if need be.

Dear Florida Girl,
A short letter or post card could be used. It should be in the same formality as your event. But, at this point just about anything would be fine. Just inform your guests about the change of venue. Perhaps something like: Due to a situation out of our control, our wedding will now take place... .
