     tipping the wedding planner

We are planning a wedding reception at a beautiful inn. Package includes open bar, reception meals, wedding cake, wait staff, wedding coordinator as well as taxes and a 22% tip for all service help. Our wedding coordinator has been great! Would an additional tip of $100 be sufficient? Should bartender be tipped extra as well?

These tips would be for service above and beyond. If you felt they did an extraordinairily good job, by all means tip them and the amount sounds fair.
