My brother will be married this fall, and I already have my bridesmaid's dress. Unfortunately, I'm clueless as to what to wear to the rehearsal dinner. I don't want to be underdressed or overdressed, and am unfamiliar with what you should and shouldn't wear. Any advice? I'm assuming it shouldn't be a floor-length dress.

This would depend on where and when the rehearsal dinner will be held. Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".

Dear Sis,
Most likely cocktail attire would be expected, which is the little black dress or its equivalent.
