     Goofy, but meaningful, Favor Idea

Okay, so since my fiance and I first became engaged we've had a quirky favor idea in mind. When he asked me to marry him, he was stumbling around with his words and the thing that stuck out the most is "no trade in's." So...we were thinking about getting little toy cars and attaching with a ribbon a tag that says "No Trade In's" Xx and Xy Friday, July 20, 2007. Is this idea too cheesy? I don't want to seem like an idiot with my favors...

Dear Overwhelmedbride,

It is etiquette-ly correct. But, I'm not the best person to judge cheesy. I'm fairly dorky myself. To me, your favor seems sweet. You may have to decode it for your guests though.

Best wishes,
