Letting guests know about donation to charity in lieu of favors

We are planning to make a donation to a charity instead of favors. Any suggestions how we might display or let our guests know of this? Thank you so much!

Dear Geneous Bride:

Contact the charity of your choice since many have table cards already printed. If not then consider writing in the wedding program "Thank you so much for being a part of our wedding. A donation has been made in your name to (charity name)" or print table cards yourself with one of the following choices for wording:

Thank you for sharing this day with us. In recognition of your love and support, we have made a donation in your name to (Name of Charity].

In lieu of favors, we have made a donation to (Name of Charity) in honor of the guests of the Doe-Smith wedding.

Thank you for being so charitable; it's truly refreshing.
