     Votive favors

Hello!

My fiance and I are making CD's for our favors and were also going to put a votive candle w/ holder on top of the CD for guests to take home. We are going to tie a bow around the candles and put a tag w/ bride & grooms name.

In the center of the table will be a flower vase w/ 3 candles around it. We were thinking of using the same kind of votive candles as the favors (in addition) to decorate around the vase. But, we don't want to have a bunch of burnt candles and votive holders (25 tables) to take home with us. Do you think if we decorate them like the favors people will want to take them home? Or should we just expect to just have them leftover..... but then what do we do with them?

The reception site has SOME votive holders we can borrow, but they are different shapes and sizes, PLUS we need to clean them and bring them back right away.....who will want to do that?

So, my question is: what do we do with the candles & the holders in the center of the table?

Thanks!

you just don't want them?

*you could ask the reception site if they want them for future parties.
*donate them
*toss 'em!
