Wording for escort cards when you don't know the name of the guest
I am having caramel apples as my favors and have 1 per person, but would like to also use them as the escort cards. How do I label the card when I don't know the name of a person's plus one? Most of the singles I invited with guests only put 'and guest' on their rsvp. Do I write the invited guest's name on both apples with the appropriate table number?

Dear Rugrl,
You could ask each guest what their date's name is or use the guest's name on both apples. You could also label the apple as "Guest's (name) escort: Ms. Jane Green's escort".
