how much to spend on wedding favors?

Hello,

What are typical wedding favors, are they supposed to be big gifts? How much should we spend for each guest? Please help, we have no idea!

Wedding favors are totally optional but are typically a small gift given to each guest at your wedding. Prices can range so choose a favor that fits your budget.

Just a suggestion but we have decided to have Hershey Candy Bars with a Wedding Wrapper. They are fairly inexpensive. Of course the old stand by would be chocolate candies in tulle netting. Also very inexpensive.
